This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
SchoolTap and its content (software, text, graphics, trademarks, etc.) are owned by Smartsoko Solutions Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or misuse any part of the Service without permission.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with notice. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
You agree to indemnify Smartsoko Solutions Limited against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violations of these Terms.
